Free Visiting Card Maker (Urdu + English)

Design a bilingual visiting card and download it as a print-ready PNG or PDF.

What this tool does

This tool lets you design a simple visiting card in English and Urdu and download it as a PNG or a PDF. Enter your name, title, contact details and, if you like, a logo, then choose a template and an accent colour. The card is drawn in your browser at print size, so your details and your logo stay on your device.

How to use it

  1. Fill in your name and title in English and, if you wish, in Urdu.
  2. Add your phone number, email, website and address. Keep only what people really need.
  3. Choose a template and an accent colour that matches your logo.
  4. Upload a logo, if you have one.
  5. Check the preview, then press Download PNG or Download PDF.

Print size and quality

The card is made at 1050 × 600 pixels, which is 3.5 × 2 inches at 300 dots per inch, a common size for visiting cards. The PDF page has the same size. Sizes differ between printers, so ask yours which size, paper and bleed they need. This tool does not add bleed, which is the extra colour beyond the edge that some printers ask for; if your printer needs it, give them the file and ask what they recommend.

Choosing a template

The classic template has colour bands at the top and bottom and suits most businesses. The dark template gives a modern look. The side bar template puts your logo on a coloured panel. The centered template is plain and works well when you have little text. Try each one with your own details; the preview updates as you type.

Fonts and privacy

To draw Urdu correctly, the page loads the Noto Nastaliq Urdu, Amiri and Noto Naskh Arabic fonts from Google Fonts when it opens. Your text and logo are not sent anywhere. If the fonts cannot load, your device's own font is used and the card may look different.

Limitations

This is a simple maker, not a full design program. You cannot move elements freely, and the card is a flat picture, so you cannot edit it later; keep your details so you can generate it again. Very long names or addresses may not fit. Always proofread the preview, including the Urdu text, before printing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I print the card at home?

Yes, but a professional printer gives better paper and cutting. Use the PDF for printing.

Which format should I download?

Use the PDF for printing, and the PNG for sharing on WhatsApp or social media.

Can I type only in Urdu or only in English?

Yes. Leave the other fields empty and the card adjusts.

Why does my logo look blurry?

A small logo gets enlarged. Use a larger original file.

Is my information saved?

No. Everything stays in your browser, so save the downloaded file.
