First and foremost, I’m going to point out some key specs. This is a USB 2.0 printer cable. It is not USB 3.0. The “high speed” is technically true, that term was used for USB 2.0, even though that speed (480mbps) pales in comparison to even the slowest USB 3 speeds. That out of the way, this is a great printer cable. It still annoys me that printer manufacturers are too cheap to include a cable in the box, but that’s the world we live in. Most printers are wireless now, but some of them still require a cable for the initial setup. That was the case here. I had to connect the Epson to the computer long enough for the setup program to send it the wifi settings. Everything worked like it was supposed to. The 6’ length is long enough to reach, but not so long it turns into a rats nest on the floor. The jacket is thick enough it would offer good protection, so the durability should hold up over time. For under $5, this is a great option if you need a USB 2 printer cable.

I bought a new printer and needed a print cable to connect. I was able to print for a couple of days but then I could no longer print. Finally traced problem to this print cable. Didn't expect the new cable to be defective.

This is a decent USB type B cable (aka printer cable). It's the 2.0 style so it's sort of a capital D shape instead of the capital B type 3.0.
I connected this to run an accessory to read hard drives and didn't notice this cable being a bottle neck for that process. The cable is a bit thin so I wouldn't call it particularly heavy duty. It's 6ft long so decently long for most projects. The end pieces are solid and feel decently sturdy.
The sleeve feels a bit thin which could help for routing this cable into some tight spots. If you had some operation that was super sensitive to signal noise I might get a different cable with a bit thicker insulation and shielding, but for most applications this cable will work fine.
Both ends fit nicely and I didn't notice any wobbling or other issues related to that. The ends are both gold played as well.
Overall, this isn't the thickest around, but it doesn't have any weird coil memory issues and is a decent length for the price. It worked great for me and I'd buy another one.

Works great for connecting a computer with a standard USB-A port to a printer, scanner, multifunction center, USB hub (including one built into a monitor), 3d printer, older camera camera, Arduino, hard drive dock, or other device that uses a standard USB-B port.
The cable is only USB 2.0 speed, so some devices will be limited by that, but it's fine for its intended purpose of printers and scanners and the like.
6 feet is a nice length to connect from a PC to a printer where they don't have to be right side by side, just in the same vicinity.
The cable is thin and flexible, but it feels sturdy enough. The connectors are easy to get a grip on and there's a reasonable amount of strain relief.
$8 feels like a fair price for what you're getting.
